Because they don’t speak Chinese?

English is one of the languages they speak in Malaysia, so they understand it. It’s not like if they had Chin and Ice speaking Thai instead the Malaysian audience wouldn’t understand it.

I’ve seen Chin’s part and it just like a regular conversation except that Chin’s responses are in English.

With how difficult of a language Chinese is to learn and the short amount of time they have it’s easier to have them speak in English (a language the viewers already understand) than having them noticeably screw up Chinese.

I’m not sure what the background of Chin’s character is, but for Ice’s he’s suppose to be a kid that was sent back from his school abroad because he cause a lot of problems.

In Chin’s Love 18 series they did the same thing, everyone spoke Chinese and Chin spoke English.

Chin speaks English as well, but I’m not sure if they will ever have any scenes together. Everyone else is speaking Chinese.

Well, now that I know of this site, I will always and forever be a full supporter, and I agree with you about Ice…I just hope I really do get to meet him one day.

Man, never loved an artist so much. I’m glad you persevered, because it did take me a while to catch on to the Ice train…and glad that you keep me updated. Thanks to you!
